MEET OUR FOUNDER
PRO Padel Courts was founded in 2019, bringing together decades of elite experience from the global racket sports industry with a clear vision for the future of padel in the UK.
Our founder, Paul Regan, has spent more than 25 years working at the highest levels of the international tennis industry. Through senior roles within British Tennis and the successful operation of his management consultancy business, Paul has built an extensive and trusted network of clubs, coaches, governing bodies and industry partners, both in the UK and internationally.
Over several years, Paul closely followed the rapid growth of padel across mainland Europe, observing not only its popularity, but the standards required to deliver the sport at a professional, sustainable level. Recognising the opportunity presented by padel’s introduction to the UK – and the scale of its anticipated growth – PRO Padel Courts was created to bring world-class courts, expertise and project delivery to the UK market.
