PRO PADEL COURTS PHILOSOPHY

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Quality defines everything we do.

From the courts we supply, to the precision of our installations, to the experience we provide before, during and long after completion. We believe padel courts should be built to last, perform and enhance their surroundings.

After years spent analysing court systems, specifications and construction methods, one principle consistently proves true: if you buy cheap, you buy twice.

Our role is to ensure clients invest once, properly.

OUR STORY

PRO Padel Courts was founded in 2019, emerging from more than two decades of experience at the highest levels of international tennis. Our founder, Paul Regan, has spent over 25 years within the global tennis industry, holding senior roles across British Tennis and leading a respected management consultancy working with clubs, coaches and governing bodies.

Through this work, Paul developed an extensive network and a deep understanding of how elite sports environments operate, from grassroots clubs through to high-performance facilities. Having closely followed the evolution of padel across mainland Europe for many years, he recognised both the opportunity and the responsibility presented by its arrival in the UK.

PRO Padel Courts was created to introduce padel to the UK market properly, with the same standards and care seen in the world’s leading European installations. Today, we are recognised as one of the UK’s leading padel court specialists.

Our role is to ensure clients invest once, properly.

THE FUTURE OF PADEL

Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world for good reason. It is social, inclusive and accessible, appealing to all ages and abilities.

Whether integrated alongside tennis, introduced within a multi-sport environment or delivered as a standalone facility, padel has the potential to transform how people engage with sport.

We are proud to be part of that growth, and committed to shaping it responsibly in the UK.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR MARKET

Our background in tennis clubs gives us a clear advantage. We understand club constitutions, committee structures, decision-making processes and the financial responsibilities involved in introducing new facilities.

We respect that a tennis club has offered tennis as its main sport for years. Our approach is not to replace what already works, but to show how padel can complement existing sports, helping clubs retain members, attract new audiences and strengthen long-term sustainability.

We work closely with committees and stakeholders, presenting padel in a considered, informed and empathetic way, helping clubs articulate a clear vision to their wider membership.
